Longueville House is a stunning 303-year-old listed Georgian Country House hidden in the heart of a 400-acre wooded estate, in the Blackwater Valley. Half an hour from Cork City, steeped in history and packed with character, it is privately owner-occupied and runs as an Exclusive Hire Residence, accommodating groups from two to 30 guests for overnight stays. Ideal for family gatherings, corporate retreats, themed & special interest groups. It also operates in boutique accommodation mode for individuals escaping to the country for a couple of nights.

On the estate, guests can enjoy private salmon and brown fishing on the River Blackwater, falconry on the lawn, a range of cross-country hikes, Dawn Chorus Walks and October Mushroom Hunts.

The restaurant boasts a farm-to-fork dining experience. Chef William O’Callaghan exclusively uses locally produced, seasonal products. What cannot be grown in their gardens will be sourced within a 20-mile radius, and the beautiful Blackwater Valley has no shortage of local artisan suppliers.

In addition, they have a 32-acre cider apple orchard from which a craft apple cider is produced, known simply as Longueville House Cider & Apple Brandy.
